Word Template (.docx): Use Microsoft Word and insert placeholders where data should go. Each placeholder must be wrapped in double curly braces. For example: {{name}}, {{surname}}, {{specialty}}. These will be replaced with values from your Excel file.

Excel File (.xlsx): Create a table where each column matches a placeholder in your Word document. For example: name, surname, specialty. John, Snow, King. John, Doe, Engineer. After uploading both files, you can match column names in Excel with Word placeholders.
